Vaguely British

Faux Leather Lapel Coat via eBay (similar here) / Gap Camo Jeans (similar here) / Dolce Vita Java Booties / Zara Plaid Scarf (similar here) / TJMaxx Leather Gloves (similar here) / Random Newsboy Cap (similar here)

While rummaging through all our winter hats, looking for my grey beanie, I came across this random newsboy hat. It was completely impractical against the freezing cold that day, but perfect for tucking up my less-than-stellar bedhead. Obviously I felt like a Newsies extra. Though can one wear a cap like this without feeling that way?

In other news loosely related to odd, vaguely British headwear, we’ve been spending our Sunday nights watching Sherlock recently. I have such an affinity for BBC programming and this recent season has been spectacular (I’m assuming Steven Moffat spent all his time on this and the 50th Anniversary Doctor Who Special, as Matt Smith’s last DW season was rather lackluster… #nerdrant). If you haven’t been watching, try and find it through the PBS website. And if you don’t know what I’m talking about at all, Netflix/Amazon Prime it immediately!
