Stripes & Chambray Forever

chambray top: Aeropostale (similar), skirt: c/o eShakti, metallic loafers: Ivanka Trump, bracelets: Forever 21

I was going through my camera’s card and realized I never posted this outfit. Better late than never, right?  Then when I was editing these pictures, I kept thinking to myself, You look so Greek here, self! I don’t know what it is.  Perhaps the combination of the headband and the skirt?  Maybe because that combination was a favorite of mine as a child and I definitely looked more Greek back when I was a kid (and had darker, thicker hair… le sigh).

Of course, not to be outdone, my English/Irish genes came out in full-force as always with that oh-so-covetable pasty white skin tone. I know you’re jealous of my translucence.

    1. It's kind of the weird, awesome thing about style blogging: you have a whole log of things to wear if you're feeling uninspired!

  3. How funny, I have that exact chambray top! I have yet to wear it though, I'll have to pair it with a cute skirt as you did ♥

    1. That chambray top is, hands down, my most worn item! I've yet to find an outfit it doesn't go with, so I'm sure you'll love it once you start wearing it! :)

  4. Wow, how gorgeous are these pictures?! And you, of course! :) I'm just loving that skirt--the panels of pattern on it are way neat. You do look greek here! It's funny how different clothing can bring out different sides of us. I totally feel like a fairy princess in some dresses, haha :D
