This top is a little out of the ordinary for me with its higher neckline and trapeze-style silhouette, but the little bird print was too cute to pass up! I think by wearing a longer pendant necklace it minimizes the billowiness of the top and might help take focus away from a bigger bust. What also helps with that? Wearing the proper size bra. You’ll probably wind up going up in size (most women are wearing too small cup sizes & too big a band size), but a proper fitting bra often makes your bust appear smaller. I don’t know the physics of it, but I’ve seen it  happen.

Also, I’m just going to come out and say it: I hate shopping for bags. Any other kind of shopping and I’m down, but bags? No thank you. I must be looking for the Holy Grail of bags because I can never find one that’s quite right. However, since I’ve been carrying around a canvas shopper for a few months now, I decided to use a couple gift cards I had and settle for this one. Now that I’ve been carrying it around for a few days, I actually kind of like it! I guess that means I’m way too judgmental when shopping, but I’m a ‘one bag’ kind of gal, so it’s something I’ll be carrying with me every day until it falls apart. So I think it’s okay to be picky.
