{ 1. Troycat, 2. Sprinkles!! …Like a little kid, 3. Nomar interrupting James’s studying, 4&5. The only bagel option nearby… sadness, miss my D&Ds, 6. James was getting “artistic” with this shot, 7. I don’t know what he was doing, but it was awesome ;) }

Lately life has involved lots of Olympics and food and matching schedules!  Yes, miraculously, James has been working a day shift for the past two weeks and it is simply fantastic!  I actually cook meals almost every day of the week when he’s home.  Imagine that!

I’ve also been on a strict media blackout after having the Olympics (men’s swimming, no less!) ruined for me three different times within the first few days.  Luckily I had a system of avoidance down pat by the time Ryan Lochte (uugghhh) got beaten by Michael Phelps (swoon).  I also feel you should know that those pre-taped interviews/background stories they do for some of the athletes before their event make me cry about 97.5% of the time.  It’s getting a little ridiculous…

Anyway, this week we’re gearing up to head back east for a trip home.  I am beyond excited!!  Vacation time, you can’t come soon enough!
