Casual Leopard

PinspirationWeek3

I was recently inspired to whip up a leopard print cowl (okay, ‘whip up’ just makes me sound cool, it actually took me several days…) because there are so many great photos floating around Pinterest that feature one.  The above pin is one of my favorites because it’s super casual and comfy, yet still chic.  Personally I felt like an off-duty ballerina, and you definitely can’t go wrong with that.  (Note: there wasn’t a proper link to the original source of this image.  If you happen to know where it came from please let me know so I can credit!)

So yes, apparently I was not into looking at the camera.  Clearly, I am a dork.  You don’t really need to see my eyeballs anyway.  All you really need to know is that a sweatshirt and leggings are perfectly acceptable in public when you add a nice scarf.  Funny how that works…

sweatshirt: Old Navy, tank top: Rumi + RVCA, leggings: TJ Maxx, boots: Shoe Dazzle, leopard cowl: handmade, bracelets: gift, ring: Jewelmint

  1. Totally agree with you there.. adding on a scarf makes just about any outfit look more put together. Love the off-duty ballerina look! xo
